Yoga has powerful benefits for the body and mind. It can help reduce stress, improve sleep, ease chronic pain, and support emotional balance—especially helpful for those adjusting to post-service life.

This event is brought to you in collaboration with The Long Walk Home, a veteran-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to preventing veteran suicide and promoting well-being through mentorship and wellness programs.
