Sit & Fit

Register for class via ticket link

In a seated position, we will move our entire bodies for a complete full-body workout. Sit & Fit is a low-impact tone and stretch class for mature adults and all accessibilities. Chair is provided.

Please bring your own water. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Park in the stone driveway. Enter the building by walking past the front door, down the steps, and into The Basement through the sliding glass door. Seating available, kid-friendly.
