FLUID: Flexibility for Enriched Aging

Virtual Flexibility Class:

FLUID is a gentle, floor-seated stretching class geared towards easing your body into rest for the upcoming week. Perfect for enriching the aging process and healing. Mats recommended, no shoes needed. All ages welcome, no experience needed.

Please bring your own mat and water. Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes necessary. Modify movements as needed, work within your limits as we move through this gentle stretching routine.
