About the event

Women's Self Defense Class

$30 Each Class
- Fit for ages 16-90. All levels of strength & agility will be accommodated.
-Come by every Friday, or drop in when you can. Be prepared to have some fun & be ready to sweat!
-Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes & tennis shoes. Bring a jacket & cap or hoodie.
-No need to bring any equipment except a bottle of water. Everything else will be provided.
-Taught by MYRON JOHNSON - nationally known boxing coach
