Weekend Wind Down

A new monthly offering. We’ll start with movement that gently revives tired bodies, stretching out the week from our muscles, joints and minds. Then we’ll come down onto our mats for some yin and/or restorative poses for stillness and introspection, finishing with a meditation and shavasana.

You’ll have your mood lifted, your body soothed and regenerated, and leave with a balanced spring in your step before the weekend. Restored!
