Not the one others see from outside,
but the one that moves quietly beneath your skin —
the woman, the mother, the professional,
each with their rhythm, their need for space, their way of belonging.
In the herd, responsibilities are shared.
When one rests, another stands guard.
Strength flows through connection, not control.
The herd finds its balance again and again —
not by thinking, but by feeling.
This is also how we mother.
Not perfectly, but responsively and responsibly.
Not alone, but held — by the visible and the invisible herds around us.
Through Gestalt and the living metaphor of the herd, we will explore both our inner herd (the parts of ourselves that coexist and sometimes conflict) and our outer herd (the people and systems that shape our daily life).
Realisation may arise — frustration, tenderness, gratitude. The intention is not to fix, but to find movement again, to step into the herd’s field of resolution — where what was separate begins to find its place.

Equine-assisted coaching is a reflective, experience-based approach in which horses act as mirrors for our inner state.
Horses live in the present moment and respond to what is felt, not what is said — offering honest, non-verbal feedback that helps us become more aware of ourselves and our relationships.
In the presence of a horse, we can reconnect to our authenticity, explore patterns, and discover new possibilities for contact and balance.

Federica Esposito is a Gestalt- and equine-assisted coach, writer, and mother of two, whose work — both in writing and facilitation — explores presence, relationship, and awareness as ways to navigate change.
Drawing from Gestalt, systemic principles, and her background in facilitation, she accompanies women and families in moments of transformation, helping them find steadiness, meaning, and authenticity in the ordinary moments of care.
For this workshop, Federica will be working together with the horses of Hooy, whose natural sensitivity and presence will guide the experiential part of the day.
Federica is an international facilitator — Italian and British, living in the Netherlands, and fluent in Dutch. English allows her to create a shared, inclusive space where both Dutch and international participants feel at ease.
