� Professional Announcement | Orthopedic Advancement in Pakistan
After completing my Ilizarov Fellowship in Italy, I am proud to announce that I am organizing a major workshop:
“Ilizarov Essentials – A Hands-on Experience for Orthopedic Surgeons and Residents”
� 20th September 2025
� SMBB Institute of Trauma, Karachi
This workshop will bring together some of the most renowned Ilizarov surgeons from across Pakistan and abroad, including myself, to train the next generation of orthopedic surgeons.
� For my patients and well-wishers:
Ilizarov is one of the latest and most advanced orthopedic surgical techniques. It allows us to treat complex deformity correction, limb lengthening, and difficult cases such as infected non-union of bones—conditions that were previously very hard to manage.
While the event is academic and focused on surgeons, my aim is also to spread awareness that these modern treatments are now available in Pakistan. By introducing international standards of Ilizarov surgery, we are opening new possibilities for patients who need advanced orthopedic care.
Your trust and prayers continue to inspire me to work harder—both in surgery and teaching—so that cutting-edge orthopedic solutions can reach every patient in need.

اس ورکشاپ میں پاکستان اور بیرونِ ملک سے نامور ایلیزاروف سرجنز (جن میں میں خود بھی شامل ہوں) شریک ہوں گے تاکہ نوجوان آرتھوپیڈک سرجنز کو تربیت دی جا سکے۔
� اپنے مریضوں اور چاہنے والوں کے لیے:
ایلیزاروف جدید اور جدید ترین آرتھوپیڈک سرجری تکنیک ہے جس کے ذریعے ہم ہڈیوں کی پیچیدہ ڈیفارمٹی کریکشن، لِمب لینتھنگ (ہڈی لمبی کرنا)، اور انفیکٹیو نان یونین (ایسی ہڈیاں جو جڑ نہ پائیں اور انفیکشن کا شکار ہو جائیں) جیسے مشکل کیسز کامیابی سے علاج کر سکتے ہیں۔
