This isn’t your average yoga class it’s a workshop designed around play, support, and freedom of movement. Every pose will include the use of a yoga block, making the practice both accessible and refreshingly fun.

Through a blend of yin + restorative postures, somatic-inspired movements, and creative play, this class will help you:

Reclaim mobility within your body
Explore new ways of moving and releasing tension
Experience yoga in a lighthearted, supportive way

No flexibility required, no experience necessary this class is beginner friendly and open to all who want to reconnect with their body while having fun.
