Join us for an interactive workshop where we first explore safe partnering techniques, lead/follow cues and creative exercises that grow trust and presence.
In the second half of the workshop, we will focus on guided improvisation to explore styling elements commonly used in dance.
The workshop is formatted so no specific style of dance is required to attend.
We wish we would have learned these golden nuggets before concentrating on a specific rhythm and patterns associated with a particular dance. We now look at partnership movement from a connection perspective which allows us to have more creative conversations on the dance floor.
