Caring for a child or adult with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) or Special Health Care Needs can feel overwhelming at times but you don’t have to do it alone.

Join us for a casual, welcoming space where parents can connect, share experiences, and recharge. Whether you need encouragement, community, or just a moment to breathe, this group is here for you.

📍 Location: Bridgeview Resource Center, 505 Omaha Way, Vancouver, WA 98661
🗓 When: First Wednesday of every month
⏰ Time: 6:00 – 7:30 PM

Bring a snack to share or your own dinner if it’s mealtime we’ll have water and a sweet treat waiting. 💜
