Together we will open a gentle energetic field where participants will be invited to connect with their inner voice through light language, vocal toning, breath, and silence.
No experience is necessary this is not about performance or “doing it right,” but about allowing what naturally wants to emerge.
*We begin by anchoring intention, supporting clarity and coherence within the group. From there, we move into spontaneous toning and light language, letting sound flow as a tool for relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment. Each voice, and each moment of stillness, contributes to the collective resonance of the circle.
This class offers a safe, non-judgmental environment for authentic expression, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with yourself and with others. You are welcome to participate vocally, quietly, or anywhere in between.
