Intro to Shadow Work

Step into the depths of your inner world with Intro to Shadow Work, a foundational online workshop designed to gently guide you into the transformative practice of exploring your shadow self. In this immersive experience, we’ll uncover the origins and psychology behind shadow work, learning where these parts of us come from and why they hold such power in our healing journey.

You’ll be introduced to accessible techniques for identifying and working with the shadow, including guided self-inquiry, journaling prompts, and mindfulness practices that support emotional awareness. Together, we’ll explore ways to begin integrating the shadow, not rejecting or fearing it, but meeting it with compassion and curiosity.

The workshop also includes grounding tools and integration rituals to help you stay supported and regulated as you navigate these deeper layers. Whether you're new to this work or revisiting it, this offering will leave you with practical tools, insight, and a deeper connection to your whole self.
