Neck, shoulders & headache workshop with Dr. Shayna Temple PT, DPT

This workshop will be focused on pain relieving strategies and ways to take care of our upper quarter; including our head, neck, scapular region, and shoulders. Here you will learn a little bit of anatomy, learn some maintenance and reduction techniques, and a surplus of soft tissue strategies that you can begin to implement at home. Join us to take a step forward in improving the way that we care for our upper quarter.
