Rules & Regulations for THE UNPLUGGED SUMMER

 1. Respect & Behavior 

• Be kind and respectful to all campers and organisers.
• Use polite language; no bullying teasing or fighting.
• Follow instructions from organisers at all times.

 2. Safety First 

• Stay with your group and within camp boundaries.
• Ask a counselor before leaving any area.
• No rough play or unsafe behavior.

 3. No Electronic Devices 

• Phones tablets and other electronic devices are not allowed.
• Camp is a screen-free zone — enjoy the outdoors and hands-on fun!

 4. Participation 

• Try your best in all activities — no sitting out unless excused.
• Be a team player and encourage others.

 5. Dress Appropriately 

• Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for active play.
• Bring a hat sunscreen and water bottle daily.

 6. Healthy Habits 

• Stay hydrated and let organisers know if you feel unwell.

 7. Child’s Health & Wellness 

• Inform organisers of any allergies medical conditions or required medications.
• Children who are sick (fever vomiting etc.) should stay home until fully recovered.
• First aid is available on-site; emergencies will be handled promptly with parent/guardian contact.

 8. Personal Belongings 

• Label all belongings with your name.
• Leave valuables and toys at home — camp isn’t responsible for lost items.

 9. Zero Tolerance Policy 

• Physical aggression discrimination or repeated rule-breaking may result in a warning or dismissal from camp.

 10. Parent Communication & Consent 

• Parents/guardians are expected to read and acknowledge all rules and policies.
• Please communicate any special concerns, needs, or instructions to organisers before the first day.
• Cooperation from families helps ensure a safe and positive experience for all children.
