Teacher Training Workshop (TTW)
The purpose of the Teacher Training Workshop is to instill in the participants a biblical philosophy of leadership development and to effectively equip them to use the BTCP curriculum. BTCP develops biblical knowledge, ministry skills, and personal spiritual development needed to prepare men and women for effective ministry in the local church and cross-cultural ministry.

Completion of the Teacher Training Workshop is required for use of the BTCP concept and curriculum.
