Training for the Master and Doctoral Research Supervisors | Latvia, Valmiera

During the E³UDRES² Science Festival, Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences will organize in-person training for Master’s and Doctoral research supervisors.🤝

📅The event will take place on 15 October from 15:00 to 17:30 (Riga time) and will include:

🔹Training with Professor Dr. Dawn Kremslehner-Haas (Department of IT Security, St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences). This workshop aims to support participants in advising higher-degree students on documenting their research.

🔹Training with MSc. Miriam Losse, PhD student (Senior Advisor for Research and Education, Saxion University of Applied Sciences). This training focuses on elaborating and visualizing the position of research within the professional context of students in universities of applied sciences (UASs). Bachelor (BA), Master (MA), and Professional Doctorate (PhD) students need research skills to become observant, critical, and inquisitive performers of professional tasks.
