Lone Elk Park Destination Ruck

5th Saturday? Time for a destination ruck! How about the best free park in Missouri. (See: https://stlouiscountymo.gov/st-louis-county-departments/parks/places/lone-elk-park/)

This is a 50 - 60 minute drive for most of us and the park doesn't open until 8 a.m. Honestly, I don't exactly know where we will meet, but it will likely be the Chubb Trail - Lone Elk Trailhead. Be sure to RSVP and we will drop a pin for you to find us.

Expect 3-4 difficult and hilly miles

Come early at 8 am for a sandbag/ruck training workout of the day (SRT WOD).
