Workshop - From Lab to Table: Create your own snack

In this deliciously hands-on workshop, you’ll step into the shoes of a food scientist, mixing creativity, nutrition, and a pinch of science to design your very own snack! Pick your ingredients based on real nutritional needs, design eye-catching packaging, and write clever (and accurate!) health claims. Along the way, we’ll bust some food myths, explore surprising science facts, and discover how ancient food traditions inspire today’s tasty innovations. It’s science you can snack on.
