Too much paper in your life? Get it shredded on Saturday, February 21!
The City of Vallejo and VALCORE Recycling sponsor shredding events on the 3rd Sat of each month. The next one will be Saturday, February 21. See your paper shredded while the shredding truck is on site. The event happens rain or shine.
Hours: 10 am – 2 pm
Cost: ~$.50/lb with a $10 minimum charge
Payment: Cash or check only; no bills larger than $20.
Location: VALCORE Recycling, 38 Sheridan St in Vallejo (off Solano Ave, one block west of Curtola Parkway.)
Procedure: On entering Sheridan St, pull as far forward as you can and park on the right side. Staff will come to your car with toters to collect your paper. Paper clips and staples are acceptable. No binders, large binder clips, CD/DVD’s, X-Rays or other non-paper items, please.
