Stretch + Flow Yoga

Join local instructor, Beth Huck, for this free weekly beginner-friendly Vinyasa yoga class.

The Vinyasa style of yoga strings poses together for a smooth flow so you can build your skills, increase flexibility and practice balance.

Doors open at 8:45 a.m.
One hour parking voucher available for Lionshead Parking Structure, in addition to the one hour automatically provided by the structure.

You don’t need to reserve your spot, but it is always great to know
you’re coming!
