Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Vadodara Winter Marathon

We understand that plans can change. However, since organizing a marathon involves significant pre-event costs and logistics, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation by Participant

• Before October 20, 2025: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Between October 21 – November 5, 2025: 25% refund of the registration fee.
• After November 5, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

1. Transfer of Registration

• If you can’t participate, you may transfer your registration to another runner before November 5, 2025, by writing to us at [email@example.com].

1. Event Postponement or Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that the marathon is postponed or cancelled due to weather, safety, or government orders, all entries will be automatically transferred to the new date.
• Refunds will not be issued in such cases, but participants will retain their guaranteed spot in the rescheduled event.

1. Medical or Emergency Situations

• In case of a genuine medical emergency (with valid proof), please reach out to the organizing team before November 10, 2025. Partial refunds or deferrals may be considered at the organizer’s discretion.

1. No-show Policy

• Participants who fail to attend the event without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or deferral.

By registering for the Vadodara Winter Marathon, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund policy.
