What is Walk with a Doc?

A free event to come together and walk. It starts with a healthcare provider (the Doc) talking for a few minutes about an interesting health related topic, and then, everyone walks at their own pace.

Come by yourself or bring a friend, all are welcome!

The track is accessible, flat, and there are plenty of benches around for rest, if you need it.
