What to Expect~

In the days leading up to the Virgo Full Moon, we are invited into devotion, not as discipline, but as presence.

Not perfection, but reverence for the body, the breath, and the quiet intelligence within.

This intimate mini retreat is a sacred pause, a return to what you tend, what you serve, and what you are devoted to nurturing in your life.

Virgo energy asks us to refine, to listen closely, to honor the rituals that support our nervous system, our wellbeing, and our becoming. Together, we will soften the noise, ground into the body, and create space for clarity to arise naturally.

Through breathwork, meditation, somatic movement, restorative rest, Reiki, sound healing, and intentional journaling, you will be guided back into alignment with your inner rhythm, so devotion feels nourishing, not depleting.

This gathering is for the woman who is ready to:

• Devote herself to her healing without urgency

• Reconnect with her body as a sacred instrument

• Release what no longer serves through gentle refinement

• Anchor into ritual, rest, and embodied presence
