Today, I was at the meeting of the Diabetes Association of Nigeria (DAN) Akwa-Ibom State chapter. 🇳🇬
It is a national diabetes support group that has impacted the lives of persons living with diabetes over the years. 🙌
🎶 We sang the ABC song, as we learnt about the ABCs of diabetes
🏃 The exercise session was super!
💊 Free medications were given out
📋 Plus, there was an exposition on how to be registered for health insurance
