Self-Care Sunday

Join me for a nourishing morning for your body, mind and soul.

This monthly reset is held at a beautiful yurt in Denham right next to a woodland. Nature sounds will be contributing to your experience and some days if the weather allows, we will be doing some activities outdoors.

Activities will wary each month, there will always be some movement with either gentle Dru Yoga or Yin, Meditation, sometimes energising, sometimes calming breath-work, a short refreshment break, connecting with the medicinal properties of Cacao and we will finish the morning with a Gong bath.
