Throughout day 1, you’ll be guided through:

� Molly’s signature Connect & Flow – a free-movement session to uplifting music that helps you get out of your head and into your body

Between sessions, enjoy delicious meals, refreshments, and time to rest or use the hotel’s spa.

At 9pm, surrender to the magic of our signature Floating Sound Bath – an immersive experience of sound and reiki in the warm pool under candlelight.
Lie back on comfortable airbeds as waves of sound flow through body and water, calming the nervous system and guiding you into deep rest before a peaceful night’s sleep.
Day 2 invites a self-guided morning of journalling or mindful movement, breakfast served between 7:30–9:30am, and spa time before checkout at noon.
