Hypertension & Cholesterol workshop

As part of Heart Month, MyHealth are delivering a clinical workshop surrounding Hypertension & Cholesterol for residents of Hillingdon.
The MyHealth Programme is committed to ensuring that the residents of Hillingdon can access high quality, evidence-based care in a setting appropriate to their needs by transforming the way care is delivered. We do this by co-producing the programme with our service users and carers, providers, the local authority and community and voluntary sector groups.

This is a free workshop on Hypertension & Cholesterol delivered by a trained health professional.

Attending this workshop will help you to understand what hypertension and cholesterol are, as well as offering ways to reduce these and the associated risks that come with hypertension and a high cholesterol.
