This retreat is a gentle sanctuary for healers to return to themselves — a space where your spiritual cup is refilled with presence, joy, and deep nourishment. Together we gather in a field of safety, softness, and genuine connection, honouring the heart behind the work you do for others. Through shared practices, restorative experiences, and heartfelt community, you are invited to reconnect with your own light, remember your essence, and receive the replenishment your soul has been quietly asking for. This is your time to breathe, to be held, and to rise renewed.
To honour the energy exchange of this gathering, the retreat is offered at £25 for those who wish to contribute their skills or gifts to the space. If you prefer to simply arrive, receive, and be held throughout the day, the exchange is £50. Both options are welcomed with love, ensuring the space remains balanced, accessible, and nourishing for all who attend.
We begin our day with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao (available with a small surcharge of £3 per cup) to gently open the heart and ground into presence. From there, we gather in a sharing circle to connect, soften, and explore what each person may need from the space. The rest of the retreat flows organically, weaving together a beautiful compilation of healing modalities offered by the healers present. This co-created experience allows the day to unfold with ease, intuition, and heartfelt support, ensuring that every participant feels held, nourished, and deeply replenished.
At midday we come together for a pot-luck vegetarian lunch, inviting each healer—if they have the capacity—to bring a dish of their choice to share. This shared meal becomes a beautiful moment of community, nourishment, and gratitude, offering us time to connect, rest, and enjoy wholesome food prepared (or bought) with love.
To honour the flow of the festive season and allow us to prepare the space with care, we kindly ask that all bookings be confirmed by 15th December 2025. This helps us hold clear intentions for the group and ensures the retreat remains an easeful, well-supported experience for everyone. As the gathering takes place on 27th December, early confirmation allows us to welcome each soul with the presence and preparation this special day deserves.
