Sharon L. Bowman, president of Bowperson Publishing & Training, is the creator of the Training from the BACK of the Room (TBR) methodology. Meet Julian Kea, your 'Training from the BACK of the Room' facilitator (TBR-CT)

Julian Kea, based in Germany, is a learning designer, facilitator, and consultant with over 20 years of experience in game- and play-based learning strategies. He empowers organizations to drive business transformation, build capabilities, and foster workforce upskilling through experiential learning. His mantra, “Rediscover Learning. Work Smarter,” reflects his commitment to creating interactive learning environments with real-world impact.

As certified Training from the BACK of the Room! (TBR-CT) trainer, Julian co-developed the official Virtual Edition(TBR-VE®), which he has delivered globally in English and German since 2020. He also integrates LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Agile Classrooms, and serious games into his workshops, enabling participants to engage in authentic dialogue, challenge assumptions, and commit to meaningful action.

Julian is the author of Agile Games Facilitation, a practical guide to using agile games in corporate learning.
