Wilrieke Sophia (they/them) is a Dutch intimacy & embodiment educator, TEDx speaker, and the founder of Exploring Deeper. They are known for creating trauma-aware, consent-centered spaces that support radical self-inclusion, boundaries, and emotional growth—especially in the realm of intimacy and power dynamics.
