Tomorrow Tuesday, Sept. 30 a new series of classes will start in Utrecht.
A series of about 13 classes on Tuesdays, in which we will learn some more CI techniques, let our body's speak in dancing and embodying sensations.
These months I'd like to add some more body work to prepare us into dancing.
Being more relaxed helps the body to move more in sync with reality. And doing bodywork on a partner is already the start of the communication through touch.
From there we will continue into some techniques and some dancing.
It will be delicious and nice dancing.
We build up step by step, and for all levels something can be learned.
There is room for a steady group of approximately 10-15 committed participants.

► About Sebas van Wetten ◄
In 1996 I was 'caught' by Contact Improvisation, and this fascination has remained. I started teaching in 2002 and continued to devote and develop myself in this dance.
In my lessons I bring your attention to detailed movements of your bones, joints, organs, etc. These experiences expand your possibilities and always lead to a richer and more subtle dance.
I also work as a physiotherapist, and my fascination for how special we humans can move comes together in both worlds.
