UNDONE is The Portal’s version of an adult dance party; elevated, embodied, and intentionally designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying.

We’ll start on the floor with gentle somatic flow and breathwork, then move into rhythm and expression, letting the music guide the body.

Think low lights, deep beats, and full permission to move however your energy wants to move.

No choreography. No comparison. No performance.
Just movement, release, and presence.
