About the event

Pumpkin Decorating Contest

Starting October 1st-children up to 8th grade can come pick up a foam pumpkin at the Utica Public Library to be decorated any way they want. Return the pumpkin on/by October 20th for the start of voting. Anyone can vote. One vote per person per visit please. Voting ends on Halloween! Winner will be announced November 3rd and will win a prize.
