Hello 2026. ✨

We’re closing out the year with a kickboxing interval class — bag work + strength off the bag — to sweat out stress and release everything we’re leaving behind in 2025.

After class, we’ll slow it down with a mimosa toast (or orange juice), candle-lighting breathwork, and intention setting to step into the new year with a clean, fresh mindset.

Move it out. Breathe it in. Reset. 🥂🕯️
