Gong & Gather: A Community Sound Immersion

Gong & Gather is a gathering that blends sound, rest, and community. During each session, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound immersion led primarily with the gong, along with complementary tones and instruments. The sound waves support the body in releasing stress, balancing the nervous system, and moving into a state of deep calm.

Participants often describe the experience as meditative, grounding, and clarifying. Each session is unique, yet the intention is consistent: to create a container where you can pause, reset, and leave feeling lighter and more centered.

Please bring anything that helps you get comfortable lying down (yoga mat, cushion, blanket). Chairs are available for those who prefer to be seated. No prior experience is required.
