Our team at Mohawk Valley Lactation is so excited to begin another 6-week Empowered Birth and Beyond workshop, starting February 12th.
This workshop was created with such intention to support you as you prepare for birth and early parenthood. We’ll walk alongside you as you build confidence, learn to advocate for your choices, and head into birth feeling informed rather than overwhelmed.
