Sara Ellen Blanchfield is the compassionate heart behind My Center Within, a sacred space devoted to nurturing the feminine spirit and guiding women on their path of self-discovery.
She is a certified life guide and circle facilitator for the feminine, as well as a vibrational healing practitioner trained in Reiki and Cardinal Method Energy Healing. She weaves together crystal energy healing, sound vibration, and knowledge of sacred oils with compassionate listening and intuitive guidance to nurture balance, alignment, and inner harmony.
A lifelong seeker, Sara finds joy in experiences that deepen her understandings of life’s mysteries, sacred travel, and immersing herself in the wisdom of nature.
Andrea Lisette Villiere is a native of Old Forge and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner with over 300 hours of training through the Sage Academy of Sound Energy, the BioSonic Academy of Music and Sound Healing and the Omega Institute. She has been offering Soundbath Immersion Experiences since 2015.
Andrea was led to her calling through a series of synchronicities after praying for divine guidance as to her souls purpose and mission.
Her passion is to be a catalyst for awakening and transformation on a deep soul level, to support, uplift and reconnect people with their true essence through the power of sound and vibration. It is her hope for everyone to find true balance and harmony in their lives that supports their wellbeing on all levels. It is her great honor to share her gift in service to humanity.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early!
We need a minimum of 8 participants to hold this event!
This event has limited space, reserve your spot while you can!
Please be sure to bring a yoga mat (the thicker the better) or a camping pad like a Thermarest, blankets, or a sleeping bag and a pillow with you!
Eye bag/masks are really nice to bring and add to the sensory experience!
Dress comfortably, you will be lying on the floor for an hour. Set an intention for your healing, or another's healing and simply rest and allow yourself to receive the healing vibrations and energies of the Cardinal Method!

The door at 4 Elements locks automatically each time it is closed so you will have to ring the bell to the right of the door and we will let you in.
Directions to 4 Elements Studio:
4 Elements is located at the end of the Boilermaker Finish Line! When you approach
4 Elements at 809 Court Street in Utica, there will be two entrances next to one another (one with a low black gate that is almost always open and one that is very narrow and runs up along the side of the brick building that says Boilermaker along the side and is home to the Boilermaker offices - this building sits on the corner of Sunset and Court at the light). THIS NARROW ENTRANCE along the side of the Boilermaker building is the ONE YOU WANT TO ENTER.
Enter this narrow road and drive all the way down to the large brick building with white pillars along the front porch area on your left. (The black fence securing the parking lot for housing next door will be along your right as you drive down). DRIVE PAST THE BUILDING FOR 4 ELEMENTS AND PARK ANYWHERE BEYOND THE GARAGE.
*If you end up entering the parking lot where the black gates are by mistake, you will have to turn around and come back because there is no way to get from that parking lot over to 4 Elements (which is why we are hoping that these directions get you right where you want to be the first time!)
