Join us for an inspiring panel discussion with first-generation lawyers who have defied the odds to enter the legal profession. From foster care and incarceration to refugee journeys and late-in-life education, each panelist brings a powerful story of resilience and unconventional paths to success. Organized by MVCC alumna Heather Beebe, a first-generation lawyer and recent Albany Law School grad, this open conversation will explore how lived experiences shape purpose in legal work and how a law degree can transform lives.
