IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY NOT A MEMBER but would like to attend, you can join as an individual member for $35. Create a login on the WC4WD website and go to the store and select Individual/family membership. Put it in the cart and pay. After that go back to the store and register/purchase the Crawltoberfest event.
Set on the shores of Weber Lake and the great Gichi-gami (Lake Superior), is the largest ski area in Wisconsin. Whitecap Mountains Resort consists of three distinct peaks of the ancient Penokee Mountain Range, the only bona fide mountain range in the Midwest and is known for deep Lake Superior powder snow in the winter. Situated in Iron County, WI, an area known for its Precambrian bedrock formations, Whitecap Mountains is an off roading paradise waiting to be explored. The WC4WD would like to invite you to the inaugural Crawltoberfest October 9th through 12th 2025. Join us as we traverse the many trails that consist of rock filled tree enclaves and rocky, muddy open meadows.
Cost for WC4WD Members $265 for rig and driver – includes 2 days of guided trail and 6 meals.
$140 per adult passenger (includes 6 meals)
$75 for kids 12 and under Passenger (includes 6 meals)
Primitive Camping Available $25 for the weekend
Itinerary:
Thursday October 9th
– Check in/vehicle inspection/group sign up 4-6 PM
– Dinner on your own
Friday October 10th
– Breakfast served 6:15-7:30 am
– Staging for trail rides at the Wine Hut 7:30-8:00 am
– Trail rides 8am to 12 noon
– Lunch 12 noon to 12:45
– Trail rides 1 PM to 5 PM
– Dinner 5:30-7:00 PM
Saturday October 11th
– Breakfast served 6:15-7:30 am
– Staging for trail rides at the Wine Hut 7:30-8:00 am
– Trail rides 8am to 12 noon
– Lunch 12 noon to 12:45
– Trail rides 1 PM to 5 PM
– Dinner 5:30-7:00 PM
Sunday October 12th
– Safe trips home
There are hotel accommodations and primitive camping available. Primitive camping consists of tee boxes and greens from the now closed golf course with incredible views.
