Det har blivit dags igen! Snart två år sedan vår första vinbar i vårt älskade ÖG-bibliotek. Vi har tillsammans druckit och ätit oss igenom glimtar av Italien, Balkan, Spanien, Asien och Mellanöstern. Vi har DESSUTOM de sista två gångerna samlat in 53 298 kronor till Läkare utan gränser !!! Och eftersom världen inte blir bättre av att vi sitter på våra händer kommer vinsten självklart även ikväll oavkortat gå till Läkare utan gränser! Men vad är temat kanske ni undrar? JO! Det blir en gedigen blandning av allt jag (@sirimumsar) tycker är gott, en dunderkväll helt enkelt!
Hur får man bord till denna otroliga tillställning?
Vi kommer som tidigare att ha två sittningar och ni anmäler ert sällskap genom att följa länken som kommer publiceras i evenemanget när bokningen väl öppnar (ungefär 2 veckor innan - detaljer kommer). Tiderna kommer vara ca 17.15-19.15 och 19.30-sent. Ni skriver in antalet personer och den tid ni önskar komma (av tillgänglighetsskäl tar vi inte emot sällskap större än 8 pers). Eftersom kvällens syfte är att samla in pengar för det viktiga arbete som Läkare Utan Gränser gör så kommer vi ta en bokningsavgift på 25 kr per person. Denna avgift går ej att få tillbaka vid avbokning. När vi pusslat ihop tider och sällskap kommer bokningen bekräftas preliminärt med ett mail. I mailet ber vi er swisha till vår officiella insamling, därefter svarar ni på mailet med en printscreen på er donation. Har ni KK-kort har ni möjlighet att avstå donationen för er själva, bifoga då bild på KK-kortet istället. En slutgiltig bekräftelse kommer sedan skickas mailas ut, håll koll på er inkorg! Nationskort krävs i dörren.

It's that time again! Almost two years since our first wine bar in our beloved ÖG library. Together we have drunk and eaten our way through glimpses of Italy, the Balkans, Spain, Asia and the Middle East. IN ADDITION, the last two times we have collected 53,298 kronor for Doctors Without Borders!!! And since the world is not getting better by sitting on our hands, the profits tonight will of course also go entirely to Doctors Without Borders! But what is the theme, you may be wondering? YES! It will be a solid mix of everything I (@sirimumsar) think is good, a simply amazing evening!
How do you get a table for this incredible event?
As before, we will have two sittings and you register your party by following the link that will be published in the event once booking opens (approximately 2 weeks before - details to come). The times will be approximately 17.15-19.15 and 19.30-late. You enter the number of people and the time you wish to come (for accessibility reasons, we do not accept groups larger than 8 people). Since the purpose of the evening is to raise money for the important work that Doctors Without Borders does, we will charge a booking fee of 25 SEK per person. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Once we have put together the times and group, the booking will be provisionally confirmed by email. In the email, we ask you to swish to our official fundraiser, then you reply to the email with a printscreen of your donation. If you have a KK card, you have the option to waive the donation for yourself, then attach a picture of the KK card instead. A final confirmation will then be sent by email, keep an eye on your inbox! National ID card required at the door.
