Vår näst sista träff för terminen infaller på Alla helgons dag. Därför har vi vårt årliga halloween tema. Detta års fokus är fokus på spöken och ljus i mörkret men allt annat som hör högtiderna till är också välkommet. Vi kommer hålla en FRIVILLIG kostymtävling som du BARA behöver delta i om du VILL. Perfekt tillfälle att visa ditt senaste cosplay projekt, damma av något ur lajv-garderoben eller testa någon ny klädstil du alltid velat prova. Lägg ambitionsnivån där du själv vill. Du kan vinna för en bra idé lika mycket som för hantverks-skicklighet.
Praktiskt:
Du behöver inte vara medlem i RFSL för att delta.
Vi träffas i fikarummet utanför RFSLs kontor som ligger på Ljusbärargatan 2 i uppsala, (tredje våningen och till VÄNSTER när du gått in genom glasdörrarna till Studiefrämjandet.
Det är drop in mellan 12 och 16. Kom när du vill. Var med så länge du vill. Om du kommer innan 12.00 och glasdörrarna är upplåsta är det okej att gå in. Vi börjar dock kl 12 och kommer inte ha kaffe och kakor redo innan dess.
Det finns hiss och handikappanpassad toalett.
Våra event ska vara nötfria. Ta ej med nötter eller jordnötter.
Våra träffar är inte hbtqai+ separatistiska men skall vara en trygg miljö och vi förväntar oss att alla som deltar stödjer hbtqai+rättigheter fullt ut.

Our penultimate event of the term falls on All Saints' Day. We will therefore have our annual Halloween theme on this day. This year's focus is on ghosts and light in the dark, but anything else that belongs to the holidays (halloween and all saints day) is also welcome. We will be holding a VOLUNTARY costume contest that you ONLY need to participate in if you WANT TO. Perfect opportunity to show off your latest cosplay project, dust off something from your lLARP wardrobe or try out a new clothing style you've always wanted to try. Set the level of ambition where you want. You can win for a good idea as much as for craft skills.
Practical info:
You do not have to be a member of RFSL to participate in Queer & Nerdy events.
We meet in the coffee room outside RFSL's office, which is located on Ljusbärargatan 2 in Uppsala, (third floor and to the LEFT when you enter through the glass doors to Studiefrämjandet.)
Drop-in is between 12 and 4 p.m. Stay for as long as you want. If you arrive before 12.00 and the glass doors are unlocked is it ok to go inside. However, we start at 12 and will not have coffee and cookies ready before then.
Our premises are wheelchair accessible and we have a toilet with disability access.
Our events must be nut-free. Do not bring nuts or peanuts.
Our meetings are not LGBTQ+ separatist but should be a safe environment and we expect everyone who attends to fully support LGBTQ+ rights.
