We’re excited to invite you to a special gathering that brings together stability, mindfulness, movement, and meaningful conversation.
🧘Introduction to Mohanji's Teachings, Conscious Walking, Light Yoga & Pranayama
Come and explore the path of inner peace and conscious living through the teachings of Mohanji – a humanitarian and spiritual guide who emphasises love, compassion, and living in the present moment.
The session will include:
A brief introduction to Mohanji Foundation and Mohanji’s teachings
Light yogic exercises and pranayama to align body and mind.
And if the weather allows, a refreshing practice of Conscious Walking, a dynamic walking meditation.
🍃 After our session, we’ll enjoy a cosy gathering over vegan snacks and coffee – a perfect opportunity to connect and share.

We’re also happy to welcome a dear friend, Ulla, who’s travelling from Denmark to Sweden to join us and share in this experience.
