🙃 Upside Down – try a new perspective
Beginner-friendly inversions where you get to hang upside down with full support – safe and fun!
🌟 Movement & Dance – for those curious about dynamic flow
Explore standing base or dance-inspired moves where balance and fluidity are the focus.
We'll guide each exercise step by step, and you’ll get to try both giving and receiving support. No previous experience needed – just an open mind!
