Welcome Back Party

Another school year upon us begin, and Miss Lisa and Miss Jill want to celebrate with the students!

From 2:45 to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21, kids of all ages are invited to Upper Sandusky Community Library for a Welcome Back Party with free hot dogs and snow cones.
