Holiday Wellbeing Workshop (Upper Mt Gravatt)

As the holidays approach, caring for others can feel especially demanding. Join us for a gentle, restorative session designed just for you. Enjoy a few hours to unwind, connect, and focus on your own wellbeing through relaxation, reflection, and simple self-care tools to help you feel grounded and recharged for the season ahead.

In this 3-hour workshop, you'll have the opportunity to connect with fellow Carers and Counsellors as we explore together, what approaches may best support you during the holiday period and with the help of creative therapies to create some tools and practices of your very own.
