LCTHC Hinth'el Wellness Council Meeting @ HPUL

Lake County Tribal Health Consortium (LCTHC) invites Tribal Members of the local 6 tribes and Native community members who reside in Lake County to join them in celebrating achievements of the Tobacco program over the past 5 years under their initial grant, Reducing Tobacco-Related Disparities in American Indian and Alaskan Native Communities (2020-2025). During the meeting LCTHC will take some time to review the upcoming Tobacco Grant deliverables.
This meeting will be held from 12-2:30pm at the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake Tribe's Community Building (9460 Main St., Upper Lake, CA).
Lunch will be provided.
