Did you know the library offers so much more than books?
Join us for this free 'Empower U' Session with Jay, who has worked in libraries for 10 years and is passionate about helping tamariki thrive through literacy.
Jay will share how three regular library programmes (for ages 0–18 years) support literacy learning, the research behind them, and practical ways you can support your tamariki on their learning journey. 🌿
These programmes are based on the Science of Learning approach currently being delivered in schools — so what you’ll hear connects directly with what tamariki are experiencing in the classroom.
Members of the Upper Hutt Learning Support community will also be there to answer your questions.
