Discover local Social Service and County of Delaware Human Service Programs that support the community! Meet with social services staff, ask questions, and take home resources at the Municipal Branch Library (501 Bywood Ave.) on Wednesday, December 17 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
