Herbal Basics Workshop

Come and join us for our Herbal Basics workshop
What to expect
Everything will be provided for your afternoon of fun and learning
Introduction to tinctures - what menstrum to use, how the herbal properties work, how to use them
Introduction to salves - basic ingredients and how to combine them to make soothing salves
Fermented Honey - the ancient properties of honey combined with fermentation and possible herbal additions
Afternoon tea will be provided, gluten free and dairy free included.
