The City of Upland, in collaboration with SBCo Fire, is bringing the Bleed Safe Community Program to Pacific Community Center!
Join us on Wednesday, September 25, 2025 from 10AM-12PM.
This free, hands-on class will teach you how to stay calm and act fast in a bleeding emergency. You’ll learn:
- Bleeding control and first aid techniques
- Emergency response protocols
- How to use tourniquets, bandages, and other life-saving tools
No medical background is needed! This training is for parents, coaches, local businesses, and community members who want to be prepared to help when it matters most.
Limited spots available. Light refreshments will be provided.
